A Circa 1800 Victorian Country Home, maintained by the Danvers Historical Society. Functioning botanical gardens and rolling lawns lend themselves to make this a setting reminiscent to Gone With The Winds', "Tara". Capacity varies according to style. Outside tent capabilities can provide a setting of increased proportions.

Georgian mansion built in 1900 by the namesake, this 30 acre retreat of woodlands and rolling lawns was left to the Town of Lincoln in 1964. Indoor events are limited to 75 - 90 guests, while tented outdoor events may accommodate upwards to 250 guests.

This site by far in many ways offers the most for your money. Private wooden gazebo, which would hold approx. 200 guests, overlooks the ocean, with public restrooms nearby.
